• Credits are unused and you request a refund within 7 days of purchase
• The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the purchase date

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Credits that have been used to generate content
• Purchases made more than 30 days ago
• Bonus or promotional credits
